Why we build.
Phil Heebner first came to North Captiva in 2015 assuming the role of Operations Manager for North Captiva Island Club (NCIC) and New Construction Supt for North Captiva Construction Services (NCCS). With 35+ years of experience, Phil launched Credence Contracting in 2020. Credence, driven by strong values and customer satisfaction, has earned a solid reputation on this boat access only barrier island 5-1/2 miles off the coast of Southwest Florida. Whether installing hurricane-rated windows and doors, roofing and siding, or performing whole house remodels and ground up new builds, Credence focuses on integrity and quality. The name Credence means “belief in or acceptance of something as true” and that's exactly what Phil and his crew aim to achieve with every project.
I've worked with Phil over the past five years on multiple full remodels, a hurricane restoration, and new construction. His honesty, integrity, and pride in his work truly stand out—he always stands behind what he does.
